If using fresh popcorn, pop your kernals in an air popper and let it work it’s magic. If you are using microwave or bagged popcorn, know that you will need about 24 cups of popped corn for this recipe.
In a microwave safe bowl, put in the brown sugar, butter, white Karo syrup, and baking soda. Put in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring once, or until well combined.
Put the popcorn out on waxed or parchment paper to let cool.
